Adam And Eve - Missing order
My purchase item was suppose to be delivered on 03/28/2018 at 5:40 PM it has been 18 days and they haven't done nothing about the missing package.
I opened an investigation at UPS which ended on 04/11/2018. I have emailed them a couple of times and they still give me the run around.
The investigation ended Wednesday.
I just want a refund.
Yes I know that I signed digital. But UPS wonโt refund me they will only refund the shipper. I have video recording from my patio showing that the UPS didnโt and wasnโt even at my patio at the time of delivery. But I guess I am also sure that it wouldnโt be difficult to prove to my credit card company that it wasnโt delivered as well
Attached is a picture of the view of my patio.
I also have proof of UPS dropping off all packages in one location within my complex.
But like I said I have enough proof to show it wasnโt delivered.
Singing package release doesnโt mean they delivered the package at the correct location.
